Client General Ledger Report

About Client General Ledger Report



The Client General Ledger Report is a list of all Clients and their individual general expense records within a specified date range.




These expenses include:
• Expenses incurred on behalf of a client.
• Fees billed to a client.
• Other information that is included in this report include: the taxes billed to the client, date, payment on the account (this could be full or partial payment), and the balance owed.
• Trust invoices that have been paid .

The report lists (grouped) each individual client records separately from that of other clients’ records, and itemized the expenses relative to only that client.

Who Can Access Client General Ledger Report



Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to use the Client General Ledger Report.

How to Generate Client General Ledger Report



To generate client general ledger report, to go:

General Reports sidebar menu > Client General Ledger > from the pop-up window, select the date range > click Generate Report.

How to Save To File, Print or Download Client General Ledger Report



To save to file, print or download client general ledger report, to go:

General Reports sidebar menu > Client General Ledger > from the pop-up window, select the date range > click Generate Report > click Save To File, Print, or Download.

The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
