About Client Trust Ledger
The Client Trust Ledger provides a list of all clients’ “trust account transactions” relative to funds receipts’ (credit) and disbursements (debits) within a specified data range. The receipts and disbursements are provided for individual clients.
Receipts and disbursements are a result of for example: paid invoices, recording trust payment, recording trust transfer.
The Client Trust Ledger contains individual client information such as:
• Date, matter, transaction, receipts, disbursements, and balance.
You are not limited to the number of months of data you can generate for a Client Trust Ledger report.
Who Can Access the Client Trust Ledger Report
Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to access the client trust ledger report.
How to Generate a Client Trust Ledger Report
Step 1
To generate this report,to go:
Trust Reports sidebar menu > Reports > Clients’ Trust Ledger > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > click Generate Report.
Step 2
View the client trust ledger report information on the screen presented.
How to Save To File, Print, or Download Client Trust Ledger Report
Go to:
Trust Report sidebar menu > Reports > Client Trust Ledger > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > click generate report > the screen will refresh with the trust ledger report > click save to file, print, or download button.
The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
