About General Account Deposit Slip Report
The General Account Deposit Slip Report provides a list of invoice payments that have been deposited into a financial account (e.g. bank account). It mainly reflects a list of Clients who have made payments (payer) and who the payments have been made to (payee).
You can specify a date range for which you want the list of invoice payments to be provided for.
You are not limited to the number of months of data you are able to generate for a general account deposit slip report.
The report’s detailed information includes:
• Invoice payment date
• Client name (payer)
• Method of payment
• Payment amount
• The payee

Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to use General Account Deposit Slip Report.
How to Generate a General Account Deposit Slip Report
To generate this report to go:
General Reports sidebar menu > General Account Deposit Slip > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > Generate Report > a list of general account deposit slips are listed in order of newest to oldest.
How to Save To File, Print & Download All Records of The General Account Deposit Slip Report
Go to:
General Reports sidebar menu > General Account Deposit Slip > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > Generate Report > a list of account deposit slips are listed in order of newest to oldest > click Save To File, Print, or Download.
The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
How to View/Print Individual Record of The Account Deposit Slip Report
Go to:
General Reports sidebar menu > General Account Deposit Slip > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > Generate report > a list of account deposit slips are listed in order of newest to oldest > find the deposit slip you want to view/print > actions menu > View/Print > on the account Deposit Slip screen, you are able to view its details and click Save To File, Print or Download.
The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
