About General Information

The General Information feature allows you to set and/or enable:

• The financial“currency”you want to use across Danalix application
• Date format
• Overtime rate
• Alert (in days) for Activities Not Billed
• Time Zone
• Vacation and Sick Days
• Vacation and Sick Leave Rate
• Enable features such as:
o Phone, Fax, and Text
o Merchant Fees Reimbursement
o Online Payment
o Communications
o Flow Pop Up
o Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form

Who Can Use The General Feature

The general feature is available on all Danalix subscription plans; however, only Admin user(s) with access rights can manage the Settings features.

General information - Phone, Fax & Text

Enabling this feature gives you access to using the phone, fax, and text features within Danalix.

General information - Merchant Fees Reimbursement

Enabling this feature gives you the option to reimburse merchant fees linked to financial transactions associated with your law practice business.

General Information - Online Payments

Enabling online payments feature gives you the option to use online payment as one of several available payment options within Danalix.

General Information - EFT

Enabling EFT gives you the option to use electronic funds transfer as one of several available payment options within Danalix.

General Information - Communications

Enabling communications allow you to use the communications feature (Danalix email inbox) to engage in two-way communications with clients.
