About Payroll



The payroll function allows you to view payroll information for all staff in your firm/legal business. This includes information such as: staff name, staff type, amount earned, earning type, tax deducted, and net pay.

You are able to view payroll information for a specific date range, or search for payroll information a specific staff.

You can also print and download individual staff payroll information.

To enable the payroll information to display under the payroll function, you have to first set-up its criteria under the administration function.



Who Can Access Payroll



Only administrative users are able to access Payroll.

How to Print Payroll Information



Go to:

Payroll sidebar menu > on the payroll landing screen, find the individual staff whose information you want to print > actions menu > print.

How to Download Payroll Information



Go to:

Payroll sidebar menu > on the payroll landing screen, find the individual staff whose information you want to download > actions menu > download.

How to Sort The List of Payroll Records



You are able to sort by staff name, staff type, amount earned, earning style, tax deducted, and net pay.

To sort, on the payroll landing screen mouse over the column title. Click on the arrow that is displayed to sort.
