Payroll Tax

About Payroll Tax



With Danalix, you have the convenience of setting up payroll tax that automatically calculate as a percentage withheld from your employees’ salaried or waged pay, and payable to the government.

The payroll tax feature is available on all Danalix subscription plans.




Who Can Use This Feature



Admin users with access and entitlement rights to the payroll tax feature.

How to Setup Payroll Tax



To setup payroll tax, go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Payroll Tax Details sub-tab > Create Payroll Tax Details > add the tax details on the pop-up screen and click save.



How to Update or Delete Payroll Tax



To update or delete payroll tax, go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Payroll Tax Details sub-tab > find the Tax Type to update or delete > Actions Menu > Update or Delete.



Helpful Tips:
When you Update or Delete a payroll tax, this might affect other Danalix features currently using payroll tax information.
