Practice Area

About Practice Area



The practice area feature provides a list of predefined legal practice areas to use when creating a Matter. In addition, if there is a practice area that is not listed, you have the ability to “add” your own to the list of selections.

Anyone who has access to Danalix is able to use this feature.



How to Create a Practice Area



Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Practice Area > Click the Practice Area button > enter and save the information in the ‘Create Practice Area” pop-up window.





How to Update or Delete a Practice Area



You can only update Practice area that you have added; however, you are not able to delete it at this time.

Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Practice Area > find the practice area to update > Actions menu > update.
