About Precedents

The precedent function provides you with a library of legal precedent documents. These precedents provide documentation on legal decisions made by a court of authority, which will serves for deciding subsequent cases involving identical or similar facts, or similar legal issues. They also include rule of laws established by a higher court that you can subsequently referred to in deciding similar cases.

Although you are provided with a pre-populated list of precedents, you have the ability to broaden your library of precedents by creating/adding your own precedents.

From the library of precedents, you can easily find a specific and relevant precedent by using the search feature.
