Staff

About Staff Type



The staff type feature is used to add your work staff to Danalix system for purposes such as payroll.

Staff type is available on all Danalix subscription plans.



Who Can Use This Feature



Only Admin user(s) with access and entitlement rights can manage the Staff Type feature.

How to Add a New Staff



To add a new staff, go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Staff Type sub-tab > Create Staff Type button > within the pop-up window, enter the staff type and click save.





How to Delete Staff Types



Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings tab > Staff Types sub-tab > on the summary screen listing all the staff types, use the checkbox to select the staff you want to delete > Bulk Actions > Delete Staff.




How to Update Staff Types



Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Settings > Staff Types > on the summary screen listing all the staff types, locate the staff you want to update > Actions menu > Update.



Note:
When you update the Staff Type information, this “might” affect other areas within Danalix such as “Role” field under App User & Staff > Staff feature.
