About Subscription

Want to view, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription plan, Danalix allows you to easily do so using the “Administration” function.

The subscription feature is available on all Danalix subscription plans.

Who Can Use The Subscription Feature

Only Admin user(s) with access rights can manage the subscription plan.

How to View Your Subscription Plan

Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Subscription > your active subscription plan will be highlighted.

How to Downgrade a Subscription Plan

Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Subscription > click on the downgrade button of the subscription plan you want to downgrade to.

You will also be required to complete and/or update the payment information to confirm the subscription plan changes.

How to Upgrade a Subscription Plan

Go to:

Administration sidebar navigation > Subscription > click the Upgrade button of the subscription plan you want to upgrade to.

You will also receive a screen to complete and/or update the payment information to fully confirm the change in subscription plan.
