About Tax Reports
The Tax Reports provide you with detailed information related to:
• Taxes billed as a result of generating a client’s invoice
• Taxes collected as a result of a client invoice payment for both Trust and General invoices
• Taxes paid for general office expenses
The tax reports available are:
• Invoice Tax Billed
• Invoice Tax Collected
• Invoice Tax Uncollected
• Expense Tax Paid
• General Expense Tax Paid
• Summary
Who can Access Tax Reports
Tax Reports are available on all Danalix subscription plans.
About Invoice Tax Billed
The Invoice Tax Billed provides a list of “all billed invoices” (trust and general).
Also, these are only billed invoices that include tax payment(s) – as well, they have the status of either:
• Billed and paid, or
• Billed and due for payment
The invoice tax billed report contains information such as:
• Invoice number
• Client name
• Invoice date
• Invoice due date
• Tax registration number
• Invoice taxes
• Total tax
How to View Invoice Tax Billed Report
Go to:
Tax Reports sidebar menu > select Invoice Tax Billed tab > select the date range for which you want taxes to be displayed.
Sorting Invoice Tax Billed Report
You can sort the following fields: invoice number, client name, invoice date, invoice due date, registration number, and invoice taxes.
Mouse over the column title > use the arrow that is displayed to sort in ascending and descending order.
About Total Invoice Tax Collected Report
The total invoice tax collected report provides a list of all invoices that are billed and paid with their respective taxes.
The report contains information such as:
• Invoice number
• Client name
• Invoice date
• Invoice due date
• Tax Registration number
• Invoice taxes
• Total tax collected
How to View Total Invoice Tax Collected Report
Go to:
Tax Reports sidebar menu > select Total Invoice Tax Collected tab > select the date range for which you want taxes to be displayed.
Sorting Total Invoice Tax Collected Report
You can sort the following fields: invoice number, client name, invoice date, invoice due date, registration number, and invoice taxes.

The Total Invoice Tax Uncollected Report provides a list of all invoices with taxes that are billed and not paid.
The report contains information such as:
• Invoice number
• Client name
• Invoice date

• Invoice taxes

• Total tax collected

# About Total Client Expense Tax Paid Report
Total Client Expense Taxes are taxes paid on expenses you have paid for while providing services to your clients. These expenses can include investigation costs, court fees, deposition fees, and other mandatory costs.
How to View Total Client Expense Tax Paid Report
Go to:
Tax Reports sidebar menu > select Total Client Expense Tax Paid tab > select the date range for which you want taxes to be displayed.
Sorting Total Client Expense Tax Paid Report
You can sort the following fields: client, activity date, tax registration number, and expense tax.
Mouse over the column title > use the arrow that is displayed to sort in ascending and descending order.
About Total General Expense Tax Paid
The total general expense tax paid provides a list of all general expenses with taxes that are paid. These are everyday expenses for operating your law practice.
How to View General Expense Tax Paid Report
Go to:
Tax Reports sidebar menu > select Total General Expense Tax Paid tab > select the date range for which you want taxes to be displayed.
Sorting Total General Expense Tax Report
You can sort the following fields: client, activity date, deposit date, tax registration number, and expense tax.
Mouse over the column title > use the arrow that is displayed to sort in ascending and descending order.
About Tax Summary Report
The Tax Summary Report shows the total tax dollar amount for:
• Tax Billed
• Tax Uncollected
• Tax Collected
• Expense Paid
• General Expense Tax Paid
How to View Tax Summary Report
Go to:
Tax Reports sidebar menu > select Summary tab.
