# About Templates

Our rich template repository provides you with many pre-existing (default) templates, as well as gives you the ability to create your own.
 
### Benefits of the template repository:

1.	Create a new template
2.	Duplicate and View templates
3.	Send templates to clients
4.	Delete templates
5.	Edit templates

# How to Create a Template

**Go to:**

Templates sidebar menu > on the template summary screen, click the create template link > on the add template screen, complete the form fields and click save.

# Duplicate an Existing Template

When you are duplicating a template it gives you the ability to edit, delete, send, view and further duplicate this template.

# Send a Duplicate Template

Sending a duplicate template means you are creating an agreement form to send to your client.
 
**To send the agreement, select the“send” icon**.  On the “Add Agreement” screen, fill out the form fields and save the form.

| Note: You can only send a duplicate template. You cannot send a template that is a default template.

# How to Delete a Template

Unfortunately, you are not able to delete a default template provided by Danalix.
However, you can delete a duplicated template and a template that you have personally created.

# Edit a Template

You can only edit a duplicated template and not a default template.

# How to Duplicate a Template

Templates sidebar menu > on the template summary screen, click the duplicate icon > the template will automatically duplicate and display on the template summary screen.

# How to View a Template

**Go to:**

Templates sidebar menu > on the template summary screen,  find the template you want to view > click the view icon > a screen with the template is displayed where you can: Save it to your Files repository within Danalix, print it, or download it.
