# Trust Client Report

# About Trust Client Report 

The Trust Client report provides all debit and credit transaction information for only a** ”specific Client” and a “specific Matter,”** within a specified date range.

# Who Can Access Trust Client Report

Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to use the Trust Client Report. 

# How to Generate Trust Client Report 

To generate this report,go to: 

Trust Reports sidebar menu > Reports sub-menu >Trust Client Report > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > select the “client” from the Client dropdown list > select the “matter” from the Matter dropdown list > click “Generate Report” button > the pop-up window will display a list of itemized trust account transactions for the selected client in order of newest to oldest. 

At this time, you are not limited to the number of months of data you are able to generate a Trust Client report.

# How to Save To File, Print, or Download Trust Client Report 

Go to:

Trust Reports > Reports > Trust Client Report > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > select the client from the Client dropdown list > select the matter from the Matter dropdown list > click “Generate Report” button > the pop-up window will display a list of itemized trust account transactions for that client in order of newest to oldest > click Save To File, Print or Download.

The report is downloadable in a PDF format. 
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
