About Trust Transfer Record Report

The Trust Transfer Record report provides a record of all trust funds transferred in and out of trust accounts – these transfers are generated as a result of trust funds being deposited into a Client’s trust account and funds withdrawn (transferred) from another client’s trust account.

Funds deposited to account B and withdrawn (transferred) from account A is generally the result of:

• Recording a Trust Transfer FROM CLIENT A TRUST ACCOUNT (-$700) TO CLIENT B TRUST ACCOUNT ($700).

The details of the trust transfer record report include: the date of funds transfer, client trust transfer was from, client trust transfer was to, dollar amount transferred, and the reason for transfer.

In the Trust Transfer Record example, you see that $700 was transferred from Ms Tom Leggy (FROM ACCOUNT) to Elmore Corporation (TO ACCOUNT).

Who Can Access Trust Transfer Record Report

Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to use the Trust Transfer Report.

How to Generate Trust Transfer Record Report

The Trust Transfer Record report provides a record of all the Trust Payment Transfers that have taken place within a specified date range.

At this time, you are not limited to the number of months of data you are able to generate for a trust transfer report.

To generate this report, go to:

Trust Reports sidebar menu > Reports sub-menu > Trust Transfer Record > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > click Generate Report.

How to Save To File, Print, or Download Trust Transfer Record Report

To save to file, print, or download this report, go to:

Trust Reports main sidebar menu > Reports sub-menu > Trust Transfer Record > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > click Generate Report > click Save to File, Print or Download.

The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
