Valuable Property Record

About Valuable Property Record



Valuable properties are items received by the lawyer or law firm from a Client. They might include but not limited to items such as estate assets, share certificates or similar securities, or executed Powers of Attorney. You are required to record valuable property received, and a receipt to be given to the Client reflecting the details of the valuable property.

Valuable Property is linked to a Client’s Matter.

The Valuable Property Record is a list of all clients that have valuable property under the care of you (your firm).

The record also includes detailed information of the valuable property such as: client name, property description, date received, received from person/corporation, property value, recipient of the property, and the returned date.

You are able to view records of valuable property received within a specified date range.




Who Can Access Valuable Property Report



Anyone who has access to Danalix platform is able to use the Valuable Property Report.

How to Generate Valuable Property Record



To generate this report, to go:

General Reports sidebar menu > Valuable Property Record > from the pop-up window, select the “date range” > click Generate Report > the valuable property record screen will lists all the value properties for all clients.




How to Save To File, Print, or Download Valuable Property Record



To save to file, print, or download this report, to go:

General Reports sidebar menu > Valuable Property Record > from the pop-up window, select the date range > click Generate Report > click Save To File, Print, or Download button.

The report is downloadable in a PDF format.
The report is saved to your local desktop file folder in a PDF format.
